10 Basic Things a for Healer to Remember

10 Basic Things a for Healer to Remember

 | October 9, 2009

by Alison Kain

1. A healer should never forget that they are a vessel/channel and nothing else; the healer does not determine the outcome of a healing, the client and Spirit do. If a body is not willing to accept the healing, no healing shall occur. If a body does heal, then you can sincerely reassure the person receiving the treatment that it is their own desire to heal in conjunction with Spirit’s energy and the cellular reactivation of their “internal healer” which has been initiated which does the main portion of the healing process. ***This keeps you (the healer) at once both humble and grateful in the face of what transpires, while also providing you with the freedom and honor to witness miracles at work, whether that be the miracle of the body or any other context you wish to ascribe by your own definition of “miracle”.

2. All people and all bodies are different therefore what technique or position works best on one may not be the most effective for another.

3. Energy, arguably, while having a “mind of its own” does not always most efficiently redirect itself to the root or core of an issue. Energy will merely go where the body is most needful, therefore the practitioner should have knowledge and an intuitive understanding of how to redirect energy and why. If you do not get to the root or cause of an illness with energetic sessions this may be because you are not being shown the whole picture and thus may require several sessions in order to wholly address the client’s complaint.

4. You are being allowed a sacred position by a person who agrees to let you be the channel for their energy work; this means that everything which transpires in each session with each individual should receive the utmost respect and privacy is honored as if the client were opting for a western medical treatment.

5. Every single body possesses a wisdom which therefore can tell you a tale if you know how to “listen”; ask questions when appropriate and work to develop both your knowledge and your intuition to build your skills as a “channel” for the energy which passes through you. An open mind can be as imperative as an open heart to strengthen your channel for healing energies.

6. Some people are more naturally sensitive to energy than others. This is not a determining factor on whether the client will receive healing or not. Some will report a great success in terms of relief of symptoms or a lessening of their issues after a span of time has passed.

7. Many people have allergies and sensitivities. Please be thoughtful and inquire as to whether any specific scents tend to create an issue for someone. (e.g. Often individuals receiving chemotherapy become very easily nauseated by scent so unscented products are usually your best bet for the first session until the recipient can assure you they are not experiencing any atypical sensitivity to any odors.)

8. Judge not any who have emotional releases while receiving a treatment. Receiving intense energetic sessions may trigger deep unforeseen and unanticipated releases which are imperative to the rebalancing process. Please be kind enough to allay any concern or embarrassment which a client experiences by helping them to understand what is happening to them and why.

9. Proper intake procedures are as important in an energy session as they are in any other healing practice; if someone reports an issue to you, you can be sure you are meant to heed it. (e.g. Some souls cannot endure touch either because of physical pain or because they are uncomfortable with touch of strangers. Please honor this even while you open yourself to intuit ways in which to help the client to overcome this potential challenge.)

10. “After Care” is as important as the treatment. Clearly defined “rules” are best provided to the client prior to a session already on paper so that they can refer back to the sheet in case of question. If some may experience a toxin release but you have not explained it thoroughly, or completed the follow-up too soon following a treatment where the person may not be fully mentally “present” yet (back in their body wholly), then you may accidentally create needless worry, upset, fear and confusion for them should they experience toxin releases. Please create a document which clearly outlines the after care instructions to help ease your client’s mind and processing as well as helping to avoid any possible issues which generate the need of the participant to follow-up with you via phone calls or to make unwarranted accusations against you later. (e.g. Upon completion of some energetic sessions a client may experience a brief bout of diarrhea which is simply a blocked chakras way of removing the toxic build up if dealing with either the sacral or the solar plexus blockages. An explanation well-made in advance can allay worries that this person is suffering unduly since this period generally lasts only 24 hours or less, though there are exceptions to this rule.)

Lastly, though not a “rule” per se, it is important to recognize that no one modality of practice (regardless of how wildly successful) is the “one answer” to healing. We are not a “one size fits all” society and therefore cannot deign to make holistic and complementary medicine the same. If a client has cancer you may work with them, but complementary medicine by title itself represents the core element of being an augment to an existing practice which is usually western in nature. Despite whatever beliefs you may hold, you are not the one who is doing the actual healing, the client is. You, therefore, have no right to dismiss, disparage or work to change another’s beliefs or regimens as they pertain to additional methods of treatments; this is a highly irresponsible and ill-afforded practice which actually narrows the potential successful treatment and/or cure for a client. An energy healer cannot say for certain that what modality being opted to practice by them is “the” answer to all issues and illnesses or dis-eases any more than can a gynecologist effectively treat a sore throat, liver cancer or brain tumors.

Can Reiki Help Your Chronic Pain?

This ancient Japanese touch therapy similar to massage has shown real results for managing chronic pain.

The practice of Reiki sounds almost too good to be true. By “laying on hands” on specific parts of your body or even just positioning hands slightly above your body, a qualified Reiki practitioner can help bring relief to your chronic pain and make you feel better than you have in years. It is an ancient Japanese technique and a form of alternative medicine also sometimes referred to as a “biofield” therapy.

In alternative medicine, Reiki is a treatment in which healing energy is channeled from the practitioner to the patient to enhance energy and reduce stress, pain, and fatigue. Practitioners say that it works by opening up a channel between healer and patient to transfer energy — a Reiki healer restores the body both physically and mentally.

During a Reiki session, muscles are relaxed, and energy flow is unblocked. This helps reduce physical tension and pain. Anxiety and stress also are reduced, helping to unblock and release emotional pain. Although you may not be completely pain-free, you feel relaxed, refreshed, and better able to cope with your condition.

Reiki and Chronic Pain: What the Research Shows

Though Reiki may sound very “new-agey,” the effectiveness of this ancient treatment has been shown in some studies. “A [recent] issue of the International Journal of Behavioral Medicine reviewed 66 clinical trials on biofield therapies,” says Julie Kusiak, MA, a Reiki practitioner in the integrative medicine department at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich. The authors of the review concluded that there was strong evidence that biofield therapies help reduce the intensity of pain in general and moderate evidence that these therapies help reduce the intensity of pain for people who are hospitalized or who have cancer, Kusiak says.

In addition, Kusiak says, a separate review article of 24 studies also showed that touch therapies were successful in reducing pain. This review article noted that the studies involving Reiki therapy seemed to have the most success.

When Reiki is examined for its impact on more specific types of pain, the results seem to hold up equally well. “Recent studies on Reiki therapy reflect a broad spectrum of its benefit for pain relief,” says Kusiak. “During colonoscopy, Reiki treatment resulted in decreased anxiety and pain. With abdominal hysterectomies, the women who had Reiki therapy both before and after their procedures experienced lower anxiety and pain. Cancer patients being treated with Reiki reported lower fatigue, less pain, less anxiety, and better quality of life. And in a community of older adults, those who received Reiki therapy were documented to have reduced pain, anxiety, and depression.”

Another plus about Reiki, adds Kusiak, is that it seems to be effective with very few side effects. “No serious side effects or risks have been identified in the medical literature on Reiki, and it is considered to be a very low-risk intervention,” she says. “Since Reiki is facilitated either with a very light touch or with no touch — slightly off the body — it provides a therapeutic option for those who are in pain or unable to be touched.”

Finding a Reiki Practitioner for Chronic Pain

If you’re interested in finding a qualified practitioner of this alternative medicine, you can start by looking at Web sites such as The International Center for Reiki Training and Reiki Masters. However, Kusiak points out that standardization of the practice of Reiki is lacking in the United States, so your best bet might be to get a good reference and do some research on potential practitioners that you might be interested in.

“National standards are lacking for Reiki and other biofield therapies, so a key factor to consider would be the practitioner’s level of experience and training,” she says. “Ask them if they have an understanding of and experience treating your particular health concern. With serious medical concerns, you may need a practitioner who is affiliated with an integrative medicine program. Finally, as with any therapy, one needs to feel comfortable with the practitioner.”

ABOUT LOVE ~ Notes on Divine Love by Elsa Joy Bailey

ABOUT LOVE

Notes on Divine Love by Elsa Joy Bailey

It’s the substance of you,

the substance of me.

But what is it?

Words are helpless;

words can only hint.

We don’t know what It is;

we only know that It is.

Which is enough.

Love is what springs up

when you’re looking

in the other direction;

what rushes in

when your definitions drop away.

When you absolutely

don’t know anything

whatsoever anymore,

there It is–

painting Itself madly across your life

with sudden strokes

and unexpectedly rash ink.

Love follows no rules;

has no uniform behavior;

can not be contained in a jar.

Love is what happens when

you disappear into thin air.

Then It’s the ground

holding up your feet;

the rain scrubbing the trees;

a flower sneezing perfume;

opulent sun;

the brilliance of a child’s eye;

warm fingers, warm toes;

a lover wrapping you up

in a 20 pound smile;

hot cocoa on an ice cold night.

It’s music, It’s silence;

It’s an old rubber band

that accidentally

falls out in the shape of a heart.

But don’t think Love

is all yesses and no noes:

Love walks backward near anger;

It refuses to chat

with bleakness or density;

and It vanishes entirely

when you try to box it in.

Love is smarter than all of us

put together.

Make a deal with yourself now

to forget everything you ever knew

about Love;

It never cares what you think

anyway.

Just give it

breathing room:

if you sense It’s hanging around,

shut up and listen.

Because Love is the God Within

hurling Itself into your world

to sweeten the pictures.

It heals, It creates,

It comforts, It unites.

Often It removes

the unnecessary.

Yes, and It can heat up parts of you

that are dead from neglect,

if you don’t question Its methods.

We see a kiss and say that’s Love…

but the truth is Love is Love

and the kiss

is a poor shadow on the wall

trying to live up to the Real Thing.

One more time:

Love is what happens when

you disappear into thin air.

Disappear as fast as you can

— you won’t miss the weight.

Afterwards,

you’ll watch Love float you

into sanity, into realness,

into vision.

Then, with Love as your lens,

you can collect smiles like flowers

and hold them alive in your heart.

Oh yes you can.

Choose Love Not Fear

“If you want a loving relationship in your life and can’t figure out why one is eluding you, remember this: you can either choose Love or choose fear.

When you choose Love your options narrow because you have chosen to walk a narrower path of trusting your intuition and feelings over the five senses. You cannot seek for Love, since you can only have what already are. And if you have Love this means you must give it away with no expectation of return. Any expectation of return is not love, but the fear of not having love creeping back in.

Choosing fear outsources your happiness and makes someone else responsible for the way you feel. You seek for Love because you believe you lack it.

Trust that you are perfect Love in this moment and only allow in a person that resonates on this vibration.

Do not try to change someone, when you do this you deny the Love inside you by choosing to deny what is Now. Love can only exist now, when you try to change someone into an idea of what you want them to be you have decided to be in a relationship with your projection of a possible potential of someone else. You are fooling yourself if you think trying to change someone will make you happy. Instead, change in yourself the things you think the other person should change. This is why you are not happy and fulfilled now.

The Truth is that finding True Love is effortless for those who sit in Trust that they already have everything that could ever be sought after. This Trust will attract a person who is equally fulfilled; this is the only type of person capable of Love, one who has Love to give away.”

-Jackson Kiddard, author & polymath.

Reiki

Reiki and Kundalini: The same path with different names?

Reiki and Kundalini: The same path with different names?

Reiki is the art of healing oneself on many levels. It is a slow and effective therapy. Kundalini is the science of raising one’s consciousness to higher levels, experiencing the unification with God/ Almighty, following the set of rituals.

Reiki has been known barely for 150 years and Kundalini is the ancient practice of India. Both have originated from different cultures and in different times. These practices are mystical in nature, pointing to one source.

If a beginner looks at Reiki and Kundalini as two different therapies then they will be right in their own sense. But a realized person point of view and conclusion about these two practices will be entirely different. It will vary from one person to the other. For me, I honor both and see them as two streams of one ‘Ganges’. The similarity and the essence are striking in both spiritual traditions. The only difference is that Reiki focuses on healing and Kundalini is Holy Union, Oneness.

Let us look at it from the point of view of Reiki. Reiki starts with the five principles of ‘Living in Today’. These principles are the basis of ‘surrender’ and ‘insight’. This is the classic approach to help the student realize that surrender is the basis of everyday life in action leading to enlightenment. Kundalini practitioners are also taught such principles in form of ancient teachings, hymns and poetry of great saints. They are tested. One of the surrender of their ego is to bowing in front of the master. They are also taught principles and techniques to let go of the anger, acceptance, realize compassion and be the same, thankfulness and live in now.

Reiki’s healing secret is to be the empty vessel through which the energy must flow. The core teaching of ‘Kundalini’ is the secret to become the hollow bamboo/flute and let the God/Lord play his music through you.

Reiki further moves on to the attunement of the student who needs to learn it. Attunement is the process of lifting up the energies of one person. It clears and filters the elements not needed in the body. One is needed to meditate, relax and let go of the ego before the attunement. Attunement is the process that can be done only by a teacher who is authorized to do so. It is same as the ‘Shaktipat’ in Kundalini tradition. The only difference was that the person had to clear his energies and be completely egoless, through the years of practice and strict regime, which he/she must follow under the teacher’s guidance. Once the teacher thinks he/she is ready for receiving the energy then only the ceremony takes place. Even in Reiki, there are teacher who refuse to give attunements to students whom they think are not ready for it. ‘Shaktipat’ elevates the person’s ‘Karmas’. Karmas are the energies of the past blocking the overall progress of any person.

One needs to heal, keeping the hands on the specific parts of the body. This aligns and clears the energies in those parts of the body. Most of the specified hand positions fall on the ‘Chakras’, a major part of study in Kundalini practice. ‘Chakras’ literally means wheel. These wheels are vortexes of energies in the body. These vortexes are formed where the maximum numbers of nerves meet.

So when one heals the Chakras starting from Root Chakra to the Crown Chakra, they are guiding the energy to move upwards. This is precisely the method of Kundalini to rise ‘The serpent energy’ starting from the base or ‘Mooladhara’ to the ‘Sahasrara’.

Even the very basic technique of breathing and calming is the act of balancing the ‘Ida’ and ‘Pingala’ nadis, which helps in raising ‘Sushumna’, the path on which the serpent energy moves. The only difference is the ‘Breathing practices’. While in Reiki they breathe through navel, in Kundalini practice it is the ‘Alternate breathing’ or the ‘Nadi Shodhan’.

One of the added benefits of Reiki healing is opening of the ‘Third Eye’ or the ‘Spiritual Center’. This helps in connecting to the Spirit World and guidance from beyond. It also opens up the vast ocean of untapped knowledge. This is easily achieved by Reiki but not understood as clearly. It is a ‘Power’ or a ‘Siddhi’, which is achieved by the practice of continuous ‘Saadhna’. Oncethe Spiritual Eye is activated, the practitioner also achieves the power to see and read auras, past, present and future of everybody around him/her. Though he/she has to practice continually, if possible under the guidance of a teacher. However, it maybe noted that the Reiki practitioners find this awakening of Third Eye as amazing and amusing in the beginning because of the ignorance about such a power. Eventually they will get accustomed to it and use it for the benefits of themselves and other people.

Last but the least the goal of raising Kundalini is to achieve ‘Enlightenment’. Reiki was brought in the world by Mikao Usui after he got Enlightened. So there must be some deeper roots to the Secret Power of this Healing Energy called Reiki. And the secret is revealed by the Reiki symbols.

Whether the path is same or different or the practices have their differences or similarities, the ultimate goal is to be in the ‘Spiritual Consciousness’, know that ‘Oneness’ and be that ‘Happiness’.

There is more to it. I will reveal more secrets on Reiki and ancient practice of Kundalini and Enlightenment. Keep watching for more. Do send if you have any questions regarding Reiki and Kundalini on mansy_b@yahoo.com.

Shamballa

Shamballa Healings and Spiritual Healing

Shamballa Healings

As higher frequencies of Divine Light and Divine Love are made available on Earth, Shamballa Multidimensional Healing helps us take in, anchor, and integrate these frequencies. The higher vibrations cause lower vibrational patterns within us to come up for acknowledgement, integration, and transmutation. This process is central to our ascension. We can no longer ignore these personal issues, for when we do, they come to us again and again, and even more intensely until we choose to work with the physical symptoms, emotions, belief systems, thoughts and behavior patterns that create limitation in our lives.

Spiritual healing with Shamballa energies helps us to clear these lower vibrational patters more quickly. It also helps us restore the original seed blueprint for our physical, emotional and mental bodies. The process requires

  • Recognizing or becoming aware of a pattern we want to change.
  • Embracing the energy of that pattern (through acceptance, forgiveness and love for ourselves).
  • Integrating the energy into a new paradigm based on unconditional, non-judgmental LOVE.

Shamballa supports us in this process. It connects us with our “I AM” Presence, ascended masters, and angels so that we can call on them to assist us. It helps us recognize WHO WE ARE so that we KNOW deep down that we are truly MASTERS who can choose what we want to experience and what we want to change in our lives. It speeds our personal ascension and makes us available to help others – family, friends, even people we pass on the street, to shift vibrationally. It enables us to be of service to humanity while we continue to work on ourselves and to vibrationally ascend.

BENEFITS OF SPIRITUAL HEALING

We have been taught to think of ourselves as physical beings who occasionally have spiritual experiences. This is an illusion. We are actually spiritual beings who have taken on physical bodies to have physical experiences. Our physical bodies are holographic projections of spiritual light through a template that exists on the etheric level. This is why changes in emotion or beliefs can have a direct effect on our physical well-being, and visa-versa. All levels function interactively and affect every level. A spiritual healing feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. The whole person, including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, are flooded with spiritual Love and Light at the same time. Many beneficial effects may be experienced, including relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and well-being. Miraculous results have been reported. Benefits of spiritual healing include, but are not limited to:

  • Relief from pain
  • Relief from emotional distress
  • Restoring the body’s balance and life force energy
  • Cleansing, repairing, spinning and balancing the chakras
  • Restoring the original blueprint for the physical body
  • Restoring healthy vibrational patterns to cells, tissues, and all body parts
  • Promoting faster healing from illness, injuries, and surgery
  • Preparing the bodies for surgery
  • Promoting more complete physical and emotional healing of old injuries
  • Helping the bodies remove toxins and old energies, thought forms, and attachments
  • Integrating new age, higher vibrational energies into the four-body system.

Poetry

~LOVE~ a poem

My newest poem….

~LOVE~

Out of my mouth and into the air

I speak vibrations

Inhalations

My words fill your sense

My energy insatiable

Always wanting

LOVE

To give

To feel

To know

I am you and you me

We are

One

Two

Three

Four little letters all lined up in a row

LOVE

Making it’s way through the cosmos

And knocking at your door

It’s not something to be understood or captured

But to be enraptured

In our soul

LOVE

It is our truest divine nature

It’s power

Limited by the confines of words and

Human nature

To create it into what

We think it should be

How insane are we

LOVE

So many songs

Poems

Stories written

Because the vibration is that

EXPANSIVE

Ever lasting

Deep into our being

LOVE

Is the divine masculine and feminine

Intertwined and alive

Breathing

Being

In you and me

One human family

Four little letters all lined up in a row

LOVE

Is more then illusory

It is the passion that burns

In you and me

Dig deep

Without judgment or fear

And let the darkness disappear

Sweet love

Help shake us from our slumber

And awaken us into the hereafter

Let us ride your cosmic wave

Of bliss and ecstasy

Poetically

Collectively

Extraordinarily

LOVE

Has no judgments

Conditions or fears

Perfection

In it’s truest form

Just like you and me

So let go the mind chatter

Come along with me

As we shift and change

Into this new reality

Let fear go

And just

LOVE

From the depths of your soul

Out to the deepest cosmos

And trust

This is what

We are here for

unconditional love

I could never judge you

I could never judge you.

Why?

Because you and I are one.

I cannot judge myself as anything less than perfect for indeed I am; and you being one with me are, therefore, always perfect.

Do you sometimes fall short of your Divine potential? Of course, but this is no cause for condemnation; it is a call for understanding and compassion. Know that nothing you have ever done or ever will do will cause me to judge you, for I know you are a glowing example of my goodness doing your best in every moment.

This day, feel yourself freed from judgment and criticism and free others as well. Celebrate what is — without the critical thoughts of what should be. What is, is what should be — for, indeed, it is.

Love,

I Am

Reiki

TAKATA -SENSEI speaks about Reiki

TAKATA -SENSEI
speaks about Reiki

Extract from ‘Leiki: a memorial to Takata-sensei’, a compilation by Alice T Furumoto (Takata-sensei’s daughter),1982.

“In my attempt to write this essay on the Art of Healing in limited words, I will try to be practical rather than technical, because what I am about to define is not associated with any material being which is visible, nor has a shape, nor name.

I believe there exists One Supreme Being – the Absolute Infinite – a Dynamic Force that governs the world and universe. It is an unseen spiritual power that vibrates and all other powers fade into insignificance beside it. So, therefore, it is Absolute!

This power is unfathomable, immeasurable, and being a universal life force, it is incomprehensible to man. Yet, every single living being is receiving its blessings daily; awake or asleep.

Different teachers and masters call Him the Great Spirit, the Universal Life Force; Life Energy, because when applied it vitalizes the whole system; Ether Wave, because it soothes pain and puts you into deep slumber, as if under an anesthetic; and The Cosmic Wave, because it radiates vibrations of exultant feeling and lifts you into harmony.

I shall call it “Reiki” because I studied under that expression. Reiki is a radionic wave like radio. It could be applied locally or as in short wave. A distant treatment could be successfully given.

Reiki is not electricity, nor radium or X-ray. It could penetrate thin layers of silk, linen, porcelain or lead, wood or steel, because it comes from the Great Spirit, the Infinite.

It does not destroy delicate tissues or nerves. It is absolutely harmless, therefore, it is a practical and safe treatment. Because it is a universal wave, everything that has life benefits when treated – plant life, fowls, the animals, as well as human beings, infants or old, poor or rich.

It should be applied and used daily as a prevention. God gave us this body, a place to dwell, and our daily bread. We were put into this world for some purpose, therefore, we should have health and happiness.

It was God’s plan, so he provides us with everything. He gave us hands to use them, to apply and heal, to retain physical health and mental balance, to free ourselves from ignorance, and live in an enlightened world, to live in harmony with yourself and others, to love all beings.

When these rules are applied daily, the body shall respond and all we wish and desire to attain in this world is within our reach. Health, happiness and the road to longevity, which we all seek – I call this Perfection.

Being a universal force from the Great Divine Spirit, it belongs to all who seek and desire to learn the art of healing.

It knows no color, nor creed, old or young. It will find its way when the student is ready to accept. He is shown the way. Initiation is a sacred ceremony and the contact is made. Because we are associating with Divine Spirit, there is no error; nor should we doubt. It is Absolute!

With the first contact or initiation, the hands radiate vibrations when applied to the ailing part. It relieves pain, stops the blood from an open wound; your hands are ready to heal acute and chronic diseases – the human beings – the plants – the fowls – the animals.

In acute cases, only a few minutes’ application is necessary. In the chronic cases, the first step is to find the cause and effect.

It is not necessary to undress the patient completely, but it is better to loosen all tight clothing so that the patient may relax, lying on the table face up. Most important is to find the cause of the illness.

Start treatment from the eyes, sinus, pituitary glands, ears, throat, thyroids, thymus, stomach, gall bladder, liver, pancreas, solar plexus, ileocecum, colon, sigmoid flexure, ovarian glands, bladder, then front chest and heart.

Turn patient over, treat the back, lungs, sympathetic nerves, kidneys, spleen, and prostrate gland.

During the treatment, trust in your hands, Listen to vibrations or reaction. If there is pain, it registers pain in your finger tips and palm. If the patient has itch, it reacts the same; if deep and chronic, it throbs a deep pain; or if acute, the pain is a shallow tingle.

As soon as the body responds to the treatment, the acute ailment disappears, but the cause remains. Dig into the cause daily and with each treatment, improvement is seen.

After the organs have been thus treated, I finish the treatment with a nerve stroke which adjusts the circulation. Apply on the skin a few drops of sesame oil or any pure vegetable oil. I place my thumb and fore finger on the left side of the spinal column and the three fingers and palm flat on the right side of the spinal column. With a downward stroke, 10 to 15 strokes to the end of spinal cord. Only in diabetic cases are the strokes reversed; arms and legs are manipulated towards the heart. The above treatment is called the foundation and it requires an hour or more, all depending on the complications and seriousness of the case.

Going through the body in minute detail, the hands become sensitive and are able to determine the cause and to detect the slightest congestion within, whether physical or mental, acute or chronic. Being strictly drugless and a bloodless treatment, Reiki will adjust the body to normal.

In about four days to three weeks we find a great change taking place within the body, all internal organs and glands will begin to function with much vigor and rhythm.

The digestive juices put out normal flow, the congested nerves slacken, the adhesions break away, the lazy colon gets organized, the fecal matter drops from the walls of the intestines, the gases eliminate.

Many years of accumulated toxin finds its way out through the pores. It is a sticky perspiration.

The bowels increase, dark and strong in odor. The urine increases like dark tea, sometimes white, as if flour stirred in water. It lasts four to six days, and yet, I have had patients who reacted with only one treatment.

When this is established, you are assured of a big general overhaul of the intestinal organs taking place. With such good cleansing, the body becomes active. The numbed nerves regain sense of feeling, appetite increases, sound sleep becomes natural, eyes sparkle, skin glows like silk.

With new blood and good circulation, nerves and glands restored, it is possible to rejuvenate five to ten years. At this time, it is very important what you consume.

In the Reiki health treatments, we are vegetarians, and eat all kinds of fruits in season.

Nature provides with plenty, but never to waste. Over-eating is a sin. Eating in moderation, with a feeling of gratitude, to recognize the Great Spirit who is the creator, who is the All Power to make things grow and blossom and bear fruit.

Come to the table with pleasant thoughts. Never eat when you are worried. Milk, white sugar, and starches are to be avoided when the patient has a weak stomach. With proper food, the patient responds faster to the treatments.”
